HI-UY 3144 History of American Capitalism: Enterprise, Technology and Work

This course is an exploration of the intersection of economic enterprise, technology, culture and work in modern American history. This course is aimed to build a historical understanding of the rise of the American economy, the role of technological advance and change, business and management systems and their impact on how we work. The course will supply you with an historical understanding of the rise of the modern American economy.
