CM 9463 Recombinant DNA Technology3 Credits The course consists of lectures and demonstrations and covers practical aspects of recombinant DNA technology, including fundamental aspects of gene expression, restriction enzyme cleavage, plasmids, cloning, genetic transformation of bacteria, protein expression vectors, basic principles of protein purification and manipulation of cloned genes (site-directed mutagenesis).
