PH-UY 3103 Fundamentals of Applied Nuclear Physics3 Credits This course surveys the fundamentals of nuclear physics with application to nuclear engineering. Topics include an introduction to quantum mechanics, nuclear forces and nuclear structure, nuclear stability and reactions, natural and induced radioactivity.
