CE-UY 3363 Transportation Economics3 Credits This course introduces the principles of engineering economic analysis and applies them to the analysis of transportation alternatives. Alternative analyses are done using present worth analysis, annual cost analysis, benefit/cost analysis and rate of return analysis. The course also reviews existing measures and legislation that provide funding for transportation projects, and discusses potential new approaches for the future.
