MA-GY 6143 Optimization: Linear and Nonlinear Programming3 Credits This course covers: theory and application of linear programming techniques. Simplex and revised simplex algorithms. Duality theory, dual simplex method, post-optimality analysis. Degeneracy. Transportation and assignment problems. Quadratic programming, Kuhn-Tucker conditions. Wolfe’s method.
