BE-GY 6213 Biomedical Imaging II3 Credits This course introduces the mechanisms and concepts related to image acquisition and subsequent image processing and image formation in biomedical imaging modalities. Building on material covered in Biomedical Imaging I, these courses focus on advanced topics such as functional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound imaging, biomagnetic imaging and optical tomographic imaging (OTI).
