EL 6123 Video Processing3 Credits This course covers Fourier analysis of video signals, properties of the human visual system, video signal sampling and sampling rate conversion, motion modeling and estimation, video compression techniques and standards, stereo video processing and compression, error control in networked video applications, analog and digital video systems. Students will learn to implement selected algorithms in MATLAB or C-language. A course-project is required.
